What can be returned/exchanged?
We only refund on damaged or faulty items but will happily exchange between sizes but not for different styles.
When do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned within 14 days of recieiving them for both exchanges and refunds.

How to return items
Please email us or complete the contact us form and we will be in contact with a return/exchange form for you to complete and send with your items.
Shipping for returns/exchange
Original shipping rates are non-refundable and you must pay the shipping cost for sending your items back to us for a refund (if appliacable) or exchange.
Credit for returns
Should your item be faulty or damaged you will recieve a credit note emailed to you for the cost of the item/items returned.
Items must be in original packaging when being returned and will only be accepted should the hygeine sticker and tags still be intact. Should the item appear worn, washed or maliciously damaged, all refunds and exchanges will be refused.
